Free layout and itemized quote. Arms reach out from a column with no front upright in the way, so long material loads from the side by forklift or sideloader. Residential growth across Marana, Vail and Pinal County keeps building-material yards and contractor supply busy. That is where we install most cantilever warehouse racking. Call (520) 335-3953: 5203353953 ## Sizing Cantilever Warehouse Racking Arm length follows load depth. Arm spacing follows how much the material deflects: lumber and pipe need enough arms that the bundle does not sag between them. Column height and base length follow the total weight per side. 1 ### Load length and depth Send the longest, deepest and heaviest bundle. That sets arms, column spacing and capacity. 2 ### Single or double sided Single-sided runs along a wall; double-sided sits in the middle with an aisle on each side. 3 ### Indoor or yard Outdoor yards get galvanized or painted finishes and roof options, with wind in mind. We talk through load restraints and roofed cantilever before anything goes outside. Rail-served yards in Casa Grande (https://tucsonpalletrack.com/service-area/casa-grande) and Benson (https://tucsonpalletrack.com/service-area/benson) take lumber and steel off the train, and mining MRO suppliers in Sahuarita (https://tucsonpalletrack.com/service-area/sahuarita) store pipe and bar stock. In town, the Port of Tucson area and the older yards along the southside handle the same kind of material. ## Cantilever Rack Quote and Installation We draw the runs with aisle widths for your forklift or sideloader, then send an itemized quote with lead time confirmed. Cantilever pallet rack can also take pallets on arms with decking when a yard handles both. Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage set the columns, anchor them to the floor and hang the arms. Yard installs are scheduled early in the day in summer and moved around monsoon storms. For mixed buildings, pair cantilever with selective pallet racks (https://tucsonpalletrack.com/products/pallet-rack). ## Lay Out a Cantilever Run Send the basics and we will come back with a layout and pricing.
